What it means
Indexation refers to the store registering your app’s metadata keywords so it’s eligible to appear when users search those terms. If a keyword isn’t indexed, you can’t rank for it no matter what else you do.
Apps get indexed for terms in their high-weight fields (title, subtitle/short description, iOS keyword field, Play descriptions) and sometimes for terms in reviews or in-app purchase names. Confirming you’re indexed for a target term is the first checkpoint before chasing rank.

Either you’re not indexed for it (the term isn’t in your indexed metadata) or you’re indexed but ranked too low to see. Confirm the keyword is in a high-weight field first, then work on rank.
